Not that I was really starving to begin with, but I should have put something in my stomach. Well the test went on, and so did the test anxiety. My stomach was growling and people were telling me to leave the room it was so bad.<br /><br />Guess what? I flunked that test badly, and I truly contribute it to my nerves being shot. Well if anything I will know in the future to at least eat something the day of the test. Even a granola bar would have helped.<br /><br />Could a doctor have helped me or other people in the same boat? Perhaps, but I still like to try the natural approach most of the time. I will try to give you some tips that had helped me on future test taking.<br /><br />I don't think I will make that "empty stomach" mistake again. If your exam is in the beginning of the day, then think "light breakfast", and nothing too greasy or sugary.
